Personal License Agreement

By downloading a freebie or/and purchased a Crisdam Design product, you are agreeing to a license to use these products for PERSONAL use and agree to these terms.

YOU MAY:

You may alter any graphics to fit your needs including resizing, re-coloring, cropping, etc. as long as proper credit is given.

You may use Crisdam Designs Personal use products in Scrap for Hire and/or Scrap for Others as long as the final product is delivered in a Flattened .jpg format.

S4H & S4O Users:

  • You may create pages for paying customers as long as the final product is a flattened or printed version.
  • Quick pages are NOT acceptable unless they are flattened in .jpg format.
  • NOT to be given as freebies.
  • You MUST give credit to Crisdam Designs for the graphics used.
  • You may NOT create bulk pages. You MUST create a unique page for each client.
  • Freebies are not S4H approved, only REGULAR PRICED items!  If you are interested on using them as S4H, you would have to pay for the freebie.

 You may use my kits for PERSONAL use blogs/Web pages.  NOT FOR STORES.

  • Do not create bulk blog designs. On a per client basis only, but the kit must be re-purchase for each client.
  • You may not create templates for websites or blogs from my designs.
  • All graphics MUST be reduced to 72dpi.
  • Must give credit for graphics somewhere on the site/blog to Crisdam Designs.
  • Freebies are not approved, only REGULAR PRICED items!  If you are interested in using any of my freebies for blog design, you would have to pay for the freebie.

You may submit your scrapbook projects and/or pages online, magazines, contest, and/or books for publications using any of Crisdam Designs products, as long as proper credit is given. (A message to Crisdam Designs to let her know how and where the kit was used is always nice and greatly appreciated!)

 YOU MAY NOT:

You may not share, loan or redistribute/sell any of Crisdam Designs products.

You may not claim any of this images/product as your own.

You may not use any of these products for commercial use without first purchasing a Commercial License.

You may not an alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original creation.

You may not claim graphics nor add to or distort, alter or re-color any graphic and claim them as your own.

DO NOT share in Yahoo groups, Rapidshare, Pando, 4Shared, Demonoid or any other file sharing group/website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Crisdam Designs, be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed by Crisdam Designs (Isabel Mendez)

If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Crisdam Designs (Isabel Mendez) shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Crisdam Designs (Isabel Mendez) incur.

A limited COMMERCIAL/ SCRAP-FOR-HIRE license does not give you permission to do as you please with these products. Please read this terms of use very carefully.

This license extends to the single, individual Purchaser. This license does not extend to companies, partnerships, LLC’s and/or corporations and may not be resold, loaned, and/or gifted to another individual and/or party.

By purchasing this limited Commercial/Scrap-for-hired license, you are agreeing to use this product for limited professional use and agree to the following terms:

You MUST do more than re-color these files to be able to sell them.

NO CREDIT required, but always appreciated!

YOU MAY:

You may create and sell digital scrapbook kits

You may create cards, scrapbook layouts, calendars, photo cards, custom cards, and invitations for your clients provided that they only receive flattened versions of the product.

You may use my commercial kits for PERSONAL use blogs/Web pages.  NOT FOR STORES.

You may not claim these files as your own, either in their original state or in an altered state.
